Where are you based?

I am based in the UK (South West).
Do you do international shipping?

I currently only ship to England, Scotland and Wales via my Beautifully Handmade store and this website but I ship to the USA and Canada via my Etsy store. If you want an item shipped somewhere else please get in contact. I do have plans to ship further in the future so please watch this space.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

A majority of my jewellery comes in a black card jewellery box or presented on black earring cards which are FSC certified, I also use card large letter size postal boxes. I also use 100% recyclable tissue paper making a majority of my packaging recyclable and ensuring it comes from sustainable source. Any bubble wrap I use within my packaging has been re-used and I use biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water) when needed.
Where can I buy your products?

Do you sell wholesale?

All my products are handmade by myself so I cannot offer a special bulk discount to other sellers or stores.
My item looks different to the photo, why is that?

All my products are handmade and a majority of my products contain real gemstones and/or shells so the colours shown in the photos will all vary slightly. However this makes your jewellery one-of-a-kind and adds to its uniqueness. Where there are differences in the colours of the beads used in a particular design I have supplied a photo of the beads within the listing so the differences can be seen.
