Shipping Policy
If you wish for your package to be sent recorded signed for/next day delivery/ tracked post please get in touch before you order.
Correct Details
Please ensure your address is correct, all orders will be posted to the address given on your shipping details. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly just simply send us an email before it has shipped and we can correct this for you.
Processing Time
Orders will be made up and dispatched within 1-3 days however this may be longer during seasonal periods.
International Sales
We currently only ship to the UK via thetwistedkitty.co.uk but this may change in the future. If you wish to order from the USA or Canada please check our Etsy store via the link on my Home page.
In the future we may increase the countries we are offer to ship to but there will be some locations we are unable to ship to due to custom requirements. If you have any queries regarding this please get in contact.
Customs
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent those one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. Orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd class as standard and usually take 2-4* working days (after the order has left us).
We only post during business days and do not post on Saturdays or Sundays.
*There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that Royal Mail may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled as long as your order has not been shipped, once shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Please email thetwistedkitty.uk@gmail.com to cancel your order.
Damaged item
Our items are posted in secure postal boxes with padding where needed but a product may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
